Ponce is located on Puerto Rico South Coast and is Known as the Pearl of the South and The Majestic City; Ponce will charm you with it’s old world architecture and History.

The tour will take you thru the central mountain range and you will pass small towns and experience beautiful scenic panoramic views of Puerto Rico’s Mountain range. Ponce is Puerto Rico’s second largest city founded in 1692 by Juan Ponce’s de Leon, Great grandson Loiza Ponce de León.

While visiting the Ponce Historic Zone, known for its unique architecture and downtown plaza, you will see beautiful neo-classical buildings and facades. Admire Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral, the century-old red-and-black wooden firehouse Parque de Bombas, Ceiba Park, 25 de Enero street and the neoclassical and Spanish Revival facades as you go. You will also be able to explore shops and have lunch (not included) while you stroll down the La Guancha boardwalk.

Activity level: moderate. It is recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes and sunscreen.
